Interesting.
So Kiriya has made almost a 100k in 3 hours. Without calling. As he said, at the beginning of his online mahjong career, he was playing a really defensive style. The calling style actually evolved with Kabuking at the beginning.
Gokusaka is introduced. The dude from the volume cover himself. He is the company president of some internet media enterprise, which also owns the servers of Tenhou apparently.
He looks obnoxious and evil. But I have a feeling he will have some bigger role in the series, so let's see.
What's more interesting is that Kiriya seems to have no interest in Majin or any kind of challenge. He wants to retire and become a normal father. I am not sure what caused him to think like that.
He seems to have interest in Majin as well, so let's see how that will come into play. His mahjong is weak and nothing special, I think it's more the person himself who is interesting here.
We see how Kiriya and Hanako met. This flashback made him remember something...
