Custom rules are free, you can make it whatever you want. This Koizumi makes 1p rinshan rule because they dont know how to metaphor with 5p rinshan rule.
Btw, Koizumi also violates Saki, the Rinshan Master lol.
Huh? According to Barticle's mahjong guide, 1p is the moon and 5p is the plum blossom, and 1p haitei and 5p rinshan are yakuman in some custom rules.
