For those who speak Mahjong like me, you would recognize the rates as of a normal Tenpin table... With extra Shuugi.

(If you don't know what Tenpin is, it's essentially what is written in the chapter. 100JPY-1000pts.)

The Shuugi is normally not this high, as it is usually converted to money chips (Circumventing Japan's gambling laws) or points. 1000JPY is quite, quite a large number. That should be about 8.35USD, considering today's exchange rate.
