Eeeey, it's us again!
For those wondering what's up with Mudazumo Naki Kaikaku, the current plan is to finish Kabukichou Seiatsu Hen, since we are so close, and then to focus exclusively on Mudazumo.
No worries, as long as my slave owners employers give me some free time, we will be scanlating. I owe you guys.

This chapter continues with the exposition from the last chapter.
This time we see Dokurou's past. As we saw in an earlier chapter, where the original Majin, Dokurou and some Pro are playing against second Majin in New York, they are rivals and friends.
So it's no surprise that Dokurou, with his rough past, would confront the culprit. But what I like is that Dokurou wants him to turn himself in, he didn't want any violence.
Him murdering the guy was actually an act of self defense, since he pulled out a knife first.
More interestingly we learn that he didn't burn second Majin's house down as revenge, he was hired to do it.
Why am I not surprised it's that creepy looking, black teeth old hag, the president of Yamata Conglomerate and owner of second Majin.
The new mystery now is, why would second generation Majin play for the one who is responsible for the death of his daughter? Doesn't he know? What's going on?
We will learn in time.
The rest of the chapter is Mahjong, and surprisingly, Kiriya doesn't pull out any deus-ex-machina but loses. But! He loses with style, dealing into the only one with a point less than the other two.
That's what I call going down in style.
