Tohai 21

Hello guys,

So this is the first chapter of Tohai I did almost by myself. You'll notice some sloppy cleaning, but hopefully it's good enough.

This chapter also took me like 10 hours, it'd be impossible for me if I weren't on vacation, so a cleaner for Tohai would still be appreciated.
